Alyssa’s expertise includes overall budget management and reconciliations for multiple multimillion-dollar ground-up and renovation projects, construction contract audits, project budget compliance reviews, preparation of job status reports, and maintaining project accounting processes. Before joining Guidon, she worked at UMC Health System in the purchasing and construction management divisions.
