Throughout his 40-year career, John has managed corporate, commercial, recreational, multifamily, medical, and institutional projects. His robust experience includes large, multi-location and multi-phased projects.

John was formerly a vice president with HKS Architects in Dallas, Texas, before founding GSR Andrade Architects. As managing partner, he was responsible for marketing and project management of the 40-person, full-service architectural firm. Before joining Guidon, John spent 12 years in Costa Rica pursuing the La Tierra de Fuego hotel and land development projects.
