His leadership experience includes conceptualizing projects, raising capital, and building versatile teams serving complex client needs.

During his 23 years at CBRE/Trammell Crow Company, Doug was a market leader, Principal and Managing Director. His experience encompasses retail, industrial, office and healthcare projects totaling more than 12 million square feet with a value exceeding $1 billion. He has worked with high-profile clients, including United Healthcare, Volkswagen America, Baxter International, Lear Corporation, Comerica Bank and Baylor Healthcare System.
