Based on our robust experience on high-rise office projects, developer Fidelis Healthcare Partners engaged Guidon to provide development and construction management services for CHRISTUS Health System’s 15-story, 485,000 SF headquarters in Las Colinas, Texas. The office is home to 2,000 employees and a 10-story parking deck.
With Guidon’s recommendations, a world-class design and construction team was assembled to create modern office environments with integrated workspaces, outdoor patios, conference rooms, and pedestrian access to Las Colinas’ renowned canal system.
