Dallas developer Crow Holdings Office (CHO) engaged Guidon to provide development and construction management services for Southstone Yards, a first-of-its-kind mass timber construction project in Frisco, TX.
Mass timber construction is more sustainable with a lighter environmental footprint. It provides greater design flexibility, offers higher thermal insulation, and creates a warmer workplace that's more engaging and productive.
We worked closely with CHO to assemble an experienced team that could bring together the project encompassing a seven-story, 235,000-square-foot office building and adjacent parking structure, anchoring a 45-acre future mixed-use development of residential, hotel, retail, and restaurant locations in Frisco, Texas.
