Spec Industrial
Ground-Up | 13 Projects | 8.7 MSF
Guidon has managed the development of over 8.7 million square feet of ground-up construction for 13 projects. Many of these projects were constructed in an environment challenged by the effects of COVID-19.
These projects experienced adverse steel production capacity, building material cost increases, supply chain disruptions, scheduling delays and unpredictable gasoline surcharges.
To address these challenges, we leveraged our extensive network and relationships to build and lead teams that provided creative solutions for alternative structural designs, material cost escalations and scheduling hurdles.
