Guidon managed the development of over 4.6 million square feet of ground-up construction for six projects valued at more than $210 million in an environment challenged by the effects of Covid 19. 

These projects experienced adverse steel production capacity, building material cost increases, supply chain disruptions, scheduling delays and unpredictable gasoline surcharges.
